    I did it at last!!!

    I finally figured out how to get the double wid micro icons windows style in kde!!

    1. Right click the menu bar
    2. Add --> Applet
    3. Quick Launcher

    it should put a small set of bars up with tiny icons, later today I'll experiment more with this to see if it's really possible.
