One of my buddies has a stuffed scare crow that has been sitting on his front lawn for a few weeks. He plans on donning the scare crow outfit and sitting patiently by while people come to his front door. In order to really scare them, he is putting the candy out next him. When someone grabs for the candy, he's going to grab for them!
