Disk image

I'm running Rh7.3 at home , I use vmware to host XP and W2K Server on the same linux partition, W2K has Active directory installed and XP has quite a lot of my docs.
If something happens to that box it'll take me 2 days of work to restore everything. So I'm looking for some software (like ghost) to be able to image my disk...
1. Any recommendations?
2. Anyone problems with vmware+ 2 OS for imaging?

I use vmware, and the best thing to do is to tarball up the disk inamges. Then back it up. Do this as regular as you deem fit. I use VMware at work and I did a small install, and could technically if I felt like it, burn the tarball on CD if I really wanted to. But instead I chose to backit up in the nightly tape backups.

I don't have backup at home and I'd rather prefer to do an image...so the question is -is there any imaging software like ghost available for linux?

I wonder Norton ghost supports ext2/3 partition types??? Emm.. I dun think they are supporting...

Norton Ghost does support ext2 but I'm not sure they support ext3 yet. But Ghost costs money where as partimage does not.

If I have a choice, I rather support open source.

According to this page, Ghost supports ext3 file system.

But this is in Enterprise edition. So I'm not sure about home edition.
