CD Burner Backup Software

Does anyone know of any software out there that can do a back up onto multiple CD-Rs? I want to redo my windows partition and unforunately that is where I keep all of my stuff (documents and mp3s etc.). So I want to make a back up of my system without having to remember what has been put on the system and what hasn't.

mondo is the way to go if you do a google search you can find a howto/tutorial type of a thing...
