Interesting,

Microsoft is now giving money to the party that tried to sue them out of existance. Its interesting that the article doesnt want to say that the repesentative was a democrat. (washington has no republican/libertarian representatives).
Maybe the reason the democrats sued M$ is because they where not getting their share of M$ money. : Looks like they are now.
