Libranet 2.7

Ok people, 2.7 was released last week. So, who has tried it out? The most important change I've seen is 2.7 comes with XFree86 4.2.0 although there are more. Hope you don't have to change between CD1 and CD2 umteen times during the install as in 2.0.

I thought I had seen something about Libranet not releasing anymore versions. Hmm, must have been something else.

you made me panic! Libranet is alive and well. downloading 2.7 now just to make sure I get the latest and greatest! Don't scare me like that!!!!!

it was Aragorn, he told me i should try it then he said don't bother because its stopped and the ould be no support

Well,in December 2001 I got an email stating their 2.0 release was behind schedule due to lack of funds ( if memmory serves me correctly ) I took this to mean Libranet would live or die by the 2.0 release which started shipping in February 2002.The new Distro sold very well which put them in the black again and 2.7 which is better should sell even more so. At least I hope so
