My first Psyche post

Well all this is my first post using my new Psyche 8.0 install. I must say that I am pleased with the way everything looks so far. Talk to you guys later.

Psyche is pretty good. Provided you have a CPU that can pump it. Thats my only letdown of RH8. Its slow as fuck on weaker CPUs.

schotty - ya really think its slower? i have it on a 1200 MHz and an 1800 MHz, but it seemed pretty quick to me. i was using fvwm though...

well I just figured out it was vmware.

But at home on my K7-900, its fasxt as hell.

Bluecurve drove me away from 8.0. I usually like Red Hat releases but I'd much rather have the normal looking GNOME rather than Bluecurve (and still use RPM's for dependency reasons).
