Thread: Login Screen

    Login Screen

Is there a way to change the default login screen image, and modify the generic menu setup? I would like to include things like a clock and perhaps a system monitoring tool without having to log all the way in as a user.

    Is this even possible?

What would be a good system monitoring tool to provide bandwidth used, filespace used on say /home and other things like what my nic is currently doing..

    Thanks
    Ras

Yeah you can change the image. Your kde or gnome control panel can do that for you. Same thing for goodies like a clock and the greeting message
