As Sun Microsystems prepares to debut its next Sun ONE Desktop on Linux later this week, Linux leader Red Hat plans to show a more aggressive desktop bid with Red Hat Linux 8.0.

It's been a long time (RH7) since I've messed around with RH, but I might have to check this one out. It does seem pretty cool.

stryder, please do. RH8 null is awesome. The only bug I found sofar is a quirky cdrom driver or something. Cdrom access sends my cpu time skyhigh.
