    Virus?

I was under the impression that it was very rare to get a virus on a linux box. But, i seem to be sending one out via email. I got an email back from someone that my email apparently sent the Win32/Klez.H@mm virus to. How is that possible, and what do I do? I use Kmail for my linux email.

    Thanks.

Klez lies. It forges the To: AND From: fields. It's coming from someone using winders that has both you and the other person in their addressbook. Linux is immune to Klez. Any anti-virus website would have this info.

    Read what I posted again.

Klez forges both the TO: and FROM: fields in the emails it puts out. If your address happens to be in an infected machine's addressbook, then your address can be in either of those fields.
