Kmail Problem

I am trying to get my mail from my server and kmail tell me that there is error connecting to my server. Since I started kmail from a aterm. In aterm I see that kmail is giving me this other error message:

I think some package is missing or something is wrong... Does anyone have a clue?

kmail starts and I am able to send a e-mail but I can not retrieve my e-mail.
