[ai]spell help

I would like to have a big french list of words in raw text format. But I can't seem to find any that's halfway decent on the internet. aspell and ispell both have a french database. I'd like to know if it's possible to dump that database so that I can redirect it to a file?

For the record, I read the man pages and aspell dump tells me that dump is not a recognized command, so don't bother telling me that
