Gimp Tutorial type stuff and neat plugins

Hey guys,

I am pretty much a n00b when it comes to graphics and using gimp and I would like to find some online tutorials and some nice plugins for gimp. I looked at the local barnes and noble and they didnt have any books for gimp and I dont really want to order one. But, I can if I have to.
