    winex question

Ok, still fighting trying to get outcast to run in linux. My question is, so folks say to start something,, you type in:
winex foo.exe and some say just wine foo.exe. Which is correct?

    Re:winex question

WineX is still wine, so the command to use it is still wine. You could, if you wanted to be able to run the unmodified wine at the same time, rename the binary to winex. That's where the winex command comes from.

    Re:winex question

If you buy the subscription, your command is winex. If you do the cvs or get codeweavers/vanilla wine, its just wine.

I NEED to use winex to use the Transgaming one. To do codeweavers, I just do wine. I have both installed and tehy both work independently.

If you are using CVS, its either cvswinex or somethign like winex21 (2.1 being version number, could be like winex20)
