Well here it is 0330 and I'm not asleep yet. I've managed to push my waking time back a little lately to around 1400. I can go forward easily but it's hard to start waking up earlier unless I have a really good reason.

By the way, I bet I hold the longest single period of sleeping here without being ill. It was 16 hours. It's also quite common for me to sleep for 12 hours or more. In the past few months, I bet I've slept very close to 50% of the entire time. I should write a book.
