/me is an nvidia fan. The gamers will laugh, but I really like my gf4-mx440. I use the twinView to obtain output from mplayer to my TV.

So in that case I could get like a 16 or 32MB card that will support a 15" monitor for consoles etc...??

So hoe do you configure what goes onto the 2nd monitor/tv etc??
Is it baased on what is in a certian part of the monitor or can you 'send' a specific app to the other monitor??

Heh, I have the exact same card as je_fro. From what I hear nVidia has by far the best drivers for Linux. So nVidia is the one I would buy for a Linux machine but that is just me/me is an nvidia fan. The gamers will laugh, but I really like my gf4-mx440.
