    permanent routing entry

    Hello again people,

I was wondering if I use the bog-standard
    Code:
    route add xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx metric 1
to add to the route table, will it still be there when I reboot?

I was told that there was a file to edit, but the person who told me didn't know which one and I can't find it. Does this file exist, if so what's it called?

No it won't. Add it to your rc.local or make a boot script in one of your rc directories.
