The autostart folder.......

i'm using kde 2.2 and i want gkrellm ( and other apps ) to start when i start the windows manager where do i put the command? in xinitrc right after the start kde ? Or does in have to be in my profile?

For the record...
if you're using the 'startx' command, and not the GUI login, you can edit your ~/.xinitrc file to launch programs when x is started.

Er, I'm at work right now, so forgive the question...where is the autostart folder located?
Right from the gkrellm homepage:

Start GKrellM with kstart:
kstart --window gkrellm --alldesktops --ontop --skiptaskbar /usr/bin/gkrellm
[/tt]
@autostart:
/opt/kde3/share/autostart
Btw: Where does kstart store its entries? How can I remove a program I've set up with kstart?

Well in kde 2.2 the autostart folder is in the .kde folder.
