Alright, well, (if you'll pardon my inappropriate example) would you rather look at a picture of 100 naked women, or read some text - 10 words per woman? ;DWell that's why there is a saying that " a good picture worth a thousand words " ( texts ).![]()
<Clinton mode ON>would you rather look at a picture of 100 naked women, or read some text - 10 words per woman? ;D
Well that all depends on what you mean by the naked women...
</Clinton mode OFF>
If those 100 naked women are of the old, ugly, then I would rather read the texts ( do I need to tell you what kind?? ) .... If those are some petite young model naked women, one is enough to look longer than reading a book ...... :P
I think you're reading too far into it. What I meant was, sometimes text is just not as good as a picture![]()

NB: that "losing colors" is because many websites are CSS dependent and text browsers do not support it. For me: not a big deal.
Is one of them NGene ? if soo I'll take naked women

If you want a browser without images but with color, just turn off image loading in Mozilla. I just looked in preferences and there's even a check for "Allow images from originating web site only". Looks like no more advertisements for me.
