    Russian characters all get messed up

    Hi,

    Today I wanted to rip a Russian CD, but when I started Juicer, on Ubuntu 5.10, I got, instead of normal russian chars like this I got ... well check the snapshot

    Прив&# 1077;т, как дела? (it means nothing but Hi how are you?)



    How can I make the characters 'normal' ?

    Are you using just the approved sources or are you pulling in apps and libraries from other sites?

    Thanks for replying, but i dont really get it
    what are you trying to say?

    Post your /etc/apt/sources.list so we can see where the software is coming from please.
