Hi,

I did a yum update on my system. The network does not work anymore! What could be the problem?
ifconfig gives me the correct information on my computer.

I just did a full yum update yesterday and everything is still working just fine. Have you made any changes to whatever you are using for a firewall? Is your IP static or dynamic. If your IP changed and something was configured for a certain address that no longer exists, that could be your problem.

Even though I am not the admin of this board, could you please post your results if you get it fixed so others can learn. Myself and others would appreciate it.

I entered my router adress as DNS and it worked.
