Don't worry, the whole database from this server will be copied to the new one. Not one bit of information will be lost. I will have to suspend the site for a couple of hours while the transfer is taking place. You won't notice any change other than the speed.
It going to take place while we sleep right? i couldnt stand it to be during the day , what would i do , work , at work?

It will take place during the hours when LJR is usually the slowest. I will check the server log to determine that. But I don't promise I will get up 4:00 am my time if that's the case. ;D

The move has been completed. Please let me know if you see any problems on the new server.

I have initiated the DNS transfer, it will take up to 48 hours to propagate throughout the Internet. Until then you are getting redirected from the old server to the new one.

Hey, all Long time no see. Well in the time that i have been away alot has happend. In fact, the pinehead fighting for smarter newbies is still alive (if i update it) www.pinehead.net but, since we have been gone me and a partner have gone all out. We have a business license and the full shabang.

Linux junior and the people on it always helped me out. I am very glad to host linuxjunior.org.
