I guessing either there is some kind of cookie problem in your browser or else (if you're using IE) it isn't refreshing properly (that is a huge problem with all of the wannabe web designers at my school).
Okay, fellow Linux lovers, can you help me understand something? I usually log in and make sure that I check the remain logged in indefinitely box. I stay logged in, mostly. Whenever I hit the Forum hyperlink, it says that I am a guest. The weird thing is if I scroll down and look at who is online at the forum, my name is listed. Does anyone know why that is?
Of course, I would blame it on M$, since it only happens on a Win2K box at work, but my Win98 box at home doesn't have that problem.

That is my quess, as well. It used to do things right, but has been acting up recently. Oh, well. It is a minor annoyance.I guessing either there is some kind of cookie problem in your browser or else (if you're using IE) it isn't refreshing properly (that is a huge problem with all of the wannabe web designers at my school).
Try vaping your cache and cookie list. Maybe the file is corrupted that is saving your data??? I dunno though offhand -- never happend to me (On any of my RH or Win98 boxes)
Good luck though!
That's actually a good idea...strangely enough, it's also the simplest method. Why, oh, why, didn't I think of it first?Try vaping your cache and cookie list. *Maybe the file is corrupted that is saving your data??? I dunno though offhand -- never happend to me (On any of my RH or Win98 boxes)
