Situation Puzzle (whodunit 3)

Really a wtf happened puzzle.. but what the hell

A rope breaks. A bell rings. A man dies.

Same rule apply

did the bell ring because of the rope?
did the bell fall on him?
was he near a church?

A blind man has his boat lying in the harbor, each day he walks to the harbor to pay the boat a visit.
Ths morning is a gigantic storm, the rope holding the boat in place breaks, and the boat drift to sea..
The man keeps on walking towards the harbor, expecting to hear the bell, when he knows he MUST stop else he will walk over the end of the pear..
Tho the boat is now far away from the shor, and when he hears the bell it is too late, he fals into the water, and drowns...

A lady lives at the 11th floor, takes the elevator down every morning, comes home every night terribly tirred, take the elevator to the 7th floor, then walk up the stairs the rest of the way, why ?
