    configured NTP

    hi

    I configured NTP ,

    but iam getting message like this..

    "can't open /etc/ntp/drift.TEMP: Permission denied"

    can anybody help me out resolve the issue.

    give the ownership of ntp folder

    Hi

    good to hear from you.

    after you config everything you need to give the ownership of ntp folder to ntp by using below command.


    chown ntp:ntp /etc/ntp

    all the best.
    you just try it.
