www.newegg.com for all your computing needs ;D
Hey guys,
I am gonna be building my sissy a computer sometime soon and am in need of some places online to buy cheap parts from. They dont have to be dirt cheap so long as they are reliable and I can be sure of what I am getting. Any help would be greatly appreciated ;D
Thanks in advance

While it doesn't have parts, http://www.microexchange.com has refurbished computers that are really cheap. Might be a good starting point. http://www.computergeeks.com have quite a bit of cheap equipment.Hey guys,

What I usually do is check the http://www.pricewatch.com and go from there. You can find pretty good stuff from there.
Jeepsta,I've had very good luck with an outfit called "essencom.com"The prices are great, shipping is a bit high at times but they ship very promptly, sometimes same day.One thing that bugs me is they instist on shipping with a required signature on arrival so you have to be at the shipping address.Another one is "directdeals.com" for your operating system needs as well as other software goodies. They ship promptly to.However,I have read that both places are a pain in the butt to return defective stuff to,although I've never had to do this.
ASCI agrees with evilestknight, www.newegg.com r0x0rs. Good prices, good shipping, etc. I've had problems with essencom.com, they don't like giving out RMA's for bad hardware.
Thanks for the info guys.....I am now a new fan of
www.newegg.com. Priced her a rough estimate of a 1Ghz Thunderbird under $800 8)
