Okay. I **think** I've saw some place on the web that says that they can map the network with IP ranges to approximate which IP range belongs to which area such as US or Europe or Asia. Do you guys know of any?
Or that ICANN keep track of which area on the world they issue IPs for? Do you guys know that kind of info??

I tried to register for a class C group of addresses not too long ago but the grand master IP address dictator had changed addresses or something. I might try those addresses. I doubt a class C is free anymore though.
