Give Jevex his mods back, I'd much rather have him as a mod, than some whining pip-squeek wanting a power trip. Besides if zesty thinks you're a bad admin, why does he want to be a mod on your board?
If zesty realises just how much of a tit he's been, give him his mods back. I know he'll whinge, but explain that Jevex has a good track record with you and thats why you gave him mods.

As popcorn said, give Jevex his mod back and forget Zesty. I'm sure you're trying to run a respectable board. He'll get over it. He can quit being a bitch if he wants to moderate.
