We still have no idea what the name will be if it is a boy. *Probably Andrew or something.
Perfect choice in a name :) And I give you and your wife good luck! And your son/daughter a happy Zero-th birthday :) Hehe.

    Andrew "Schotty" Schott
    (hence the name comment)

I don't know why we seem to have picked Andrew...must be your subtle influence, Schotty .

My wife got on the airplane (aerovac) this morning. :'( She will be going to Germany in order to have our fourth child. I am very sad, to say the least.

Thank God for friends. We have two sets of friends who are going to be taking our three kids. They have been gracious enough to watch my kids while I am at work (night shift ). They will also watch the kids when I get on the airplane next month to go to Germany.

Hopefully, if all goes well, my wife will give birth after I arrive in Germany. If not, there ain't a single thing that I can do about it. As a control freak, that doesn't sit too well with me.
Based on a VERY short stay in Ankra 30 years ago; yOU GUYS MADE THE WAY BEST CHOICE!!!!!! She'll be much better off in Germany, and you'll be much happier with the way things turn out. My best wishes to you, your wife, and your family.

Thanks, DM, much appreciated. They have come a long way in thirty years, I am sure. Then again, maybe not. Unfortunately, it is an army hospital, so when I get there I will have to grunt a lot if I want to fit in :P.

Best wishes, stryder 144, to you, your wife, and your expanding family. If it is a boy, give little "Slack" a hug from cybergal. If it is a girl, give her a hug, too, and tell me her name later! You are very fortunate to have such good friends who will look after your kids and that you don't have to worry about them while you are away. Keep us posted about the blessed event!
