exercise.... I do not understand you stranger... what is this exercise you speak of ?
Is it a bad idea to eat after a exercise? *I usually do, and I don't think I've had any problems with it yet. *Of course, I also drink all the wrong fluids (they have too much sugar in them), but oh well.

Even better, just eat INSTEAD of an exercise. Is it a bad idea to eat after a exercise?
ROTFL ... yeah that's what I do ..... ;DEven better, just eat INSTEAD of an exercise.
Anyway, eating AFTER exercise is not so bad but DO NOT eat before you exercise ( they says at least 2 hours before you do any exercise ). Just don't eat too much ....
Yes, you should definetly eat after exercise. Preferably fast carbohydrates (I think that's what they are called in english).
The body has to "refuel" after training.
Actually you should get a bunch of protein into your body about 15 to 30 minutes after you workout. *That way your muscles will have plenty of protein to rebuild themselves with. *Vegetable with B vitamins are also good because they take care of the free radicals in your body.
Some simple carbs are also good but don't over do it because your will end up burning those off instead of the fat stored in your body.
I agree with pwrhouse. That's what the trainer at my gym tells us, anyway. You want carbs 1-2 hours before exercising; not a lot, of course, maybe a small amount of yogurt, etc.
