It's seems that the Mandrake 8.2 i586 rpms are all uploaded now.
KDE 3.0 final is out
well at least the ftp dir. has been opened and rpms seem to be flowing freely onto the server - and the time of writing, still no tar balls avail.

Anyone know where to get the debs?
btw. I beat /. by several hours on this one...
No, I would think that the debian KDE mailinglist will have information up in a few hours.
I have the source down now... I'll give you all a report after I tested it for a bit - but I don't imagine it's much different from RC3 which EXELLENT^n (for n -> infinite)
I just need to rebuild LFS... again.... changing back to GCC 2.95.3
I remember back to Mandrake 6.5 when KDE 2 was beta. It seems like only 10 years ago. My how time flies.
If anyone finds KDE3 final .deb files, please let me know.
I just installed the RPMs on my SkipJack box, fairly painless... except for the fact that they went away from a kde-utils rpm this time, so I had to --force the install to overwrite the old files from kde-utils.... oh well (;
BTW, mosfet's HighPerf liquid theme looks sooo dead sexy!
