How can i change Source & Destination address from IPtab

I have one server(EX IP:2.2.2.2) which belongs to other department blocked with a firewall and allowed only specific IP address to access. So, i want to set up a new server to take care of routing function. Every client must connect to my server (EX IP:1.1.1.1) and my server will change source address from client source address(x.x.x.x) to server address(1.1.1.1) and change destination address from my server address(1.1.1.1) to another server address(2.2.2.2)

    I am using iptables v1.2.6a

    Can it be ?
    And, how to do ?

    Thanksssssss in advance
