i don't have 10.1 yet, i need to get to compusa and get the upgrade![]()
I have 10.1 installed now, it's sweet
it's usable speed, much better than 10
the unix side is bsd tools (which dislike) so i installed the dev tools (free download if you register w/ apple) and compiled the gnu ones, works fine. and installed binaries for XFree, 10 is nice.

the thing is that all the X apps come up as one, if you click in the dock or on one of them, not like the normal mac apps.

Macs have always intrigued me but it seems that Macs=$$$$$$$$$ which I do not have.

macs are really nice, and the prices are getting better, the problem is the old models don't drop in price much![]()
