My Debian gateway/router/server:

I just checked my Debian box with Apache, Firewall, Vi and a few others and that box is also my gateway/router box.
[supragw compunuts]$ df -m
Filesystem 1M-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 1018 98 920 9% /
/dev/hda2 502 3 499 1% /home
/dev/hda3 1808 8 1800 1% /var
It's in the OTHER unix forum but three out of 5 presented is Linux... so .....

Your server is more like a desktop ..... Over 1 GB ??![]()

And you put all that on / and/or /home ?? You must be crazy ....... Why not have a separate partition ??

/www contains a lot of things, but ~/public_html do too.

I'd like to tell everyone (hereby refered as kenshi) that with df, the -h flag gives you the size in a way easy to understand
