I can't see why not, I don't think SEGA had anything to do with DC-Linux, and the X-Box is based on known hardware. Add to that the "an M$ console running Linux would be funny"-factor. Yes they do, the chip is soldered to the board though... I am also pretty sure you can't swap the hard drive out for a larger one. *
