hi there. i have this game for windows but id like to run it on my linux machine like i did with q3 and U.T. all i needed was a script to execute and i was on my way. anyone know if there is such a script yet for this? thanx

There are binaries for Linux for Multiplayer currently avail. and they are beta testing the SP mode binaries.

yeah i have the multiplayer for linux but i really really really really wanna play the full game. :-[
Not sure what you mean, but the official Linux binary for the full game supports multiplayer mode only at this time. There is no single player functionality in Linux yet.
ok, good enough. thats what i was waiting/figuring to hear.
its on my wait list. guess i'll have to play through it on windows for the time being.

I just checked at ftp.idsoftware.com - a new linux binary is out!! I'm at my in-laws and posting from there so I won't be able to check it out for four or five days >>
