I haven't really touched 7.3 but since 7.2.93 is practically the same as 7.3. Anyways I would highly recommend it.
Hey all since I invested in a cdrw I thought about burning the RH7.3 ISO's. Before I waste another 5 cd's at what .25 cents? I thought I would ask if anyone has touched the new version yet and get your thoughts.
It says it come with 2.4.18 kernel.
KDE3

They didn't go completely Ximian, they just included Ximian's Evolution app. That's the only dirty Ximian package on the distro.Hey all since I invested in a cdrw I thought about burning the RH7.3 ISO's. The rest is quite nice. Smooth upgrade from 7.2, no issues so far.
I can let everyone know once I go out and buy it. Its time they get another $60 from me.
what is the general consensus on 7.3 so far? I just burned my copy of it. (3 cds..) so, anyone have any probs upgrading 7.2 to 3 or anything else we should no about before systems get hosed or anything?
Well, I would definatly back it up first, mondo is good for that ( www.mondorescue.org ) but I did the 7.2 to 7.3 upgrade, and it was smooth as silk. Of course, I didn't have a dirty install of a bunch of non Red Hat rpms though.....what is the general consensus on 7.3 so far? I just burned my copy of it. When you boot up the new Red Hat CD, it should give you about 6 or 7 choices of installation options including ( but not limited to and a little different wording ) a fresh install, upgrade, repair, rescue, and others.
