    Changing Refresh rate??

After having read all NHS at linuxnewbie I have one question:

I need to lower (yes lower) the refresh rate from 85 to 70Hz. How would I do that in X 4.1.0 (RH7.2)?

    Thanks.

    Re: Changing Refresh rate??

    Hi otheos,
you need to play with the modelines setting - here is a nice doc all about that.

i think the xvidtune can also do this, but i have not tried to ot reduce my refresh rate.
