    Two gkrellm questions.

    1. How do I get gkrellm to stick to all desktops?

    2. How do I get the plugin gkrellmms to "swallow" xmms? With swallow I mean that xmms disappears. It did it once but I can't get it to do it again.

Edit - One more. How do I make gkrellm sticky so when I maximize windows they don't maximize over gkrellm? I guess this has to do with #1.

    hello,
what window manager are you using?

On Fluxbox, you can add it to your ".Xclients-default', and put a '-w' after the command to have it run in Slit.

    1) if ur using KDE:
start gkrellm with kstart like this:
kstart --window gkrellm --alldesktops --ontop gkrellm

    2) open the gkrellm configuration and go to the xmms plugin section
    then goto the Toggles tab
press: Auto close (and open) XMMS Mainwin

    Re: Two gkrellm questions.

I'm using waimea. gkrellm is now in the "dockapp holder" (that's what the slit is called in waimea). I thought there was a wm independent way to make it sticky. Anyone know?

    2) open the gkrellm configuration and go to the xmms plugin section
    then goto the Toggles tab
press: Auto close (and open) XMMS Mainwin
How the heck did I miss that? I have checked and re-checked the damn configuration but I have obviously missed that every time. Thanks.
