Mosfets high performance liquid theme

I downloaded the above theme but when i go to configure it, it falls over looking for libz... i have libz installed in /usr/lib/ so i re-configured using ./configure --prefix=/usr/lib/ but it still cannot find libz...

I am using Libranet 1.9.1 with debian potato and kde2.1.1

I am thinking that this theme is only for kde3, is this right ?.

I'm pretty sure its KDE3 only but I know there is an older version for KDE2 somewhere. For the lib problem, try issuing 'ldconfig' to update your 'index' of libs

Make sure you have the zlib development package installed:
apt-get install zlib1g-dev

The version i dlownloaded was SUPPOSED to be for kde 2.x, i did a google search for "mosfets high performance liquid theme for kde 2.x"

After reading your post, i had another look, and as Mosfets site is going under some changes, the only liquid theme on there at the moment is for KDE 3 . I couldn't see anything for an earlier version.
