Both screenshot posters: *where did you get your backgrounds? *They're both really nice and I'd like to have either...I think they'd go well with my current look.
Mine was posted on the LFS-dev mailinglist.

You don't by any chance know the filename do you? A quick search of the archives reveals nada.

Thanks. Found it with that info. Sorry to be so insistant, but in order for me to have inner peace, my desktop absolutely MUST be optimized for slickness.

Holy schnike, coltrane! That is one hell of a desktop you have there. How/where did you get the background picture? That is sweet!

Came default with KDE3 in my SUSE Distro
From there I just used KColorChooser to change everything else

Linux Windowmanagers cant be beat when it comes to configuring your desktop

Sweet. I might just have to download and compile kde3 now. Man, there is just too much stuff out there! I think if I got me a nice big juicy 40 gig hard drive I could "have it all".

DO IT. I've had my 60 gigger for almost a year now, and besides my box itself, it's still the best purchase I've ever made. I put off buying a new hd for years and years and years, but the day I did I was glad, and I've been glad ever since.
