    webmin and bind

webmin has a config for bind now should I use bind 4 or the one that says bind configuration and has an 8 in the little pic. This is for an internal lan DNS. Also if I wanted to let people from the outside access my DNS server what port would I need to open up?

bind is on about 9.something I don't think there's any security holes in the current but 8 had bucket loads of them.

Check bugtraq just incase, get all patches, blah blah, you know the routine.
