Probably that's too much to ask.....but anyway-is there any GPL radius distro that is able to use for authentication existing Novell NDS or NT4 users, kinda send authentication request to radius server and then this radius server in turn will query nt domain or Novell user database...

I'm not experienced with Novell at all, but I think I know what you want to do. I believe you could use NDS for Linux somehow and accomplish this check this link

A search on Linux finds a lot on this topic .. I believe the port of NDS to Linux is called eDirectory , but I am not sure .. I am this at least points you in the right direction .. good luck
