If you still can't find it, just pull out all the jumpers and put them back in.

This is the place where you need to reset the jumper. No need to take out the battery.....Code:JP4: CMOS Function Select: Open: Normal setting Closed: Clear CMOS setting

even if the board is just sitting there not hooked up. I just pull it completly out and back in?
In a word, yes.
Here, look on the board for JP4 and pull it off the one pine it is hooked up to and connect both pins for about 5-10 seconds. Pull it off and dangle it on just one pin. You should be at the BIOS defaults (no passwword)
