    getting a bigger hard drive

i'm getting a bigger hard drive and i was wondering if i could somehow mirror my drive as it is now to my windows drive and install the new hard drive and copy the data over and not miss a beat.

I REALLY dont want to have to reinstall all my software.

It seems like everytime i get my system to the piont where get it right where i want it, i find someway of haveing to do it all over again.

Newer versions of Ghost can handle ext2 partitions, or you can do what I do. Get a floppy distro like tomsrbt or HAL91, put your drive in as a slave somewhere, partition and format, then cp -a your current system over. Edit the /etc/fstab file if needed, reboot using a floppy to get into the system, re-run lilo.
