yea - that should work just fine (it is usb 1.1 compatible). it will be set up as a USB mass storage and will be accessed as a SCSI drive. hth.
Thanks, I'll give it a try then. It looks like this would be the fastest and least expensive form of backing up 80 gigs.

hey Cloverm - you can use software based RAID level 1 to do that.
