    Help Required with SendMail

Thanks a lot...but i had already reffered to that page. It only talks about setting up my linux box as pop server...i have already done that...what i want to do is using this linux box i want to download mail from other pop servers & send them to specific users mail box on my server. Also like Exchange, i want to create public mail folders & public address books which can be used by all mail users...

to do that you will have to set up mail forwarding from that account. it may be easyer to just set up your mail client to read this other account as well

also how can i make folders for public access & public address books.
as far as im aware sendmail has no global address book similar to exchange. there may be a third party addon to allow you to do this, but none that im aware of.

as for public folders, im not sure what your trying to accomplish. if you want one email to deliver mail to multiple accounts just create an ailas that specfies sendmail to deliver to both addresses
