    old Yamaha sound card issue

have an OPL3-SA3 sound card -when i first loaded os the kudzu came up and i opted for the "configure" option when it asked about the card - i get no sounds from it though.
it lists in the hardware browser as sound board - unknown, with the driver listed as: opl3sa2.
it is also listed in the hardware browser under "unknown devices" with a driver listing as: ns588.

    am running rh 7.2 -
any info on getting sound out of it will be greatly appreciated.
