    Removing Netscape 6.2

Installed Netscape 6.2 by CD. Because of problems going to use Mozilla but unable to remove Netscape. It keeps telling me Netscape isn't there. There must be a way to remove it! Anyone run into this problem before? Thanks for you help.

Running Mandrake 8.1. Tried the RPM Package Manager as well as the terminal. Am told Netscape is not installed (yet it runs - located at /usr/local/netscape).
    What distro are you using?

    hello,
there may be an uninstaller in /usr/local/netscape and you can also find all the netscape files ( they will all be in /usr/local/ ). * if installed from CD odds are it was not in rpm format.
