    Lightweight Presentation Software for Linux

I'm looking for some presentation software (For linux of course) that is
similar to MS Powerpoint. I know staroffice, koffice etc. do what I want but
they are too bloated for what I want. The computer I would like to compile the
software on is going to be an mp3/ogg server so I don't really want anything
fancy and I also don't want to have to download a lot of libs or use lots of
hard disk space to get it going.

Has anyone seen anything like what I might be looking for? I don't need any
other functions other than the basic functions of MS Powerpoint/Staroffice
Presentation but it needs to be lightweight.
    Cheers

Well, the concept is almost an oxymoron.

But, you can use LaTeX to create slides, I think. I have never done so, myself, however.

TeX works (I did it once) and although I'm quite comfortable with TeX these slides were a real pain >

Anyway, MagicPoint seems to be a good candidate for you.
